- Any Pasco BOCC Employee assigned a County cell phone
How we process your request
Typical resolution time:
1-2 business days
Process:
After you submit your request, IT will:
- Review the request
- Request line of service be cancelled by the carrier
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Provide the cell phone number to be cancelled
- Provide the name of the user who will be no longer using the County cell phone
