Use this form to request a new, change or upgrade to a County cell phone.
Note: Cell phones are to be used for official County business only.

- Any Pasco BOCC Employee assigned a County cell phone
How we process your request
Typical resolution time:
3-5 business days
Process:
After you submit your request, IT will:
- Review the request
- Order the phone upgrade and/or new phone with case and wall charger
- Setup time with user to configure phone
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Determine if an iPhone or Android is needed
- Determine if a case will be required, and if it will use a belt clip
- Provide the name of the user the phone will be assigned to
- If it is a new phone what is the chargeback account to be used for the purchase
