Cell Phone Request

Overview

Use this form to request a new, change or upgrade to a County cell phone.

Note: Cell phones are to be used for official County business only.

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee assigned a County cell phone

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

3-5 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Order the phone upgrade and/or new phone with case and wall charger
  • Setup time with user to configure phone
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Determine if an iPhone or Android is needed
  • Determine if a case will be required, and if it will use a belt clip
  • Provide the name of the user the phone will be assigned to
  • If it is a new phone what is the chargeback account to be used for the purchase
