Use this form to request an existing cell phone to be setup for a new user
Note: Cell phones are to be used for official County business only.
Who can submit this request?
- Any Pasco BOCC Employee assigned a County cell phone
How we process your request
Typical resolution time:
1-2 business days
Process:
After you submit your request, IT will:
- Review the request
- Re-setup cell phone for new user
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Provide the cell phone number of the phone to be setup
- Provide the name and Email address of the user who will be using the County cell phone
