Overview

Use this form to request a new call center agent or user recording in the Interaction Recorder client. 

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1-2 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Assist with configuration as needed
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Be as specific as possible to ensure accurate configuration
  • Determine if you have an available license for the new user
