Overview
The purpose of this form is to report issues regarding call recording in the Interaction Recorder Client.

Who can submit this request?
How we process your request
Typical resolution time:
1-3 business days (depending on severity of issue)
Process:
After you submit your request, IT will:
- Review the request
- Contact you for additional information, if necessary
- Examine/diagnose the problem, and troubleshoot until resolution
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Make note of how the application is malfunctioning
- Please make sure to provide call taker name and time of error, and Point of Contact if not you as the requestor
Note: When describing the issue, please try to be as specific as possible, so we can resolve your issue in a timely manner.
