Overview

The purpose of this form is to request assistance with configuring the interaction Desktop client, e.g., customizing Monitored Appearances, Follow-Me Forwarding, etc.

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee

How we process your request

1-2 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Assist with configuration as needed
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Be as specific as possible to ensure accurate configuration
