Overview
The purpose of this form is to report issues with logging into the Interactive Desktop client.
Who can submit this request?
How we process your request
Typical resolution time:
1-3 business days (depending on severity of issue)
Process:
After you submit your request, IT will:
	- Review the request
 
	- Contact you for additional information, if necessary
 
	- Examine/diagnose the problem, and troubleshoot until resolution
 
	- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
 
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
	- Make note of how the client is malfunctioning, and if you are using Citrix to access the client
 
	- Please make sure to provide device name, i.e. BCCIT01L, and Point of Contact if not you as the requestor
 
Note: When describing the issue, please try to be as specific as possible, so we can resolve your issue in a timely manner.
