Team Dynamix Account/Access

Overview

Use this service to request access for a Pasco County employee that is not currently in Team Dynamix OR to change the access level of a current user.
This service only creates/modifies a TDX account for an existing Pasco County employee.
If this is a new employee, please use this service instead:
New Account Request

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1-2 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, Team Dynamix Admins will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for further information (if needed)
  • Create the account based on the information provided
  • Assign access levels and permissions based on the type of account
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Be able to provide the employee full name and email address
  • Determine what type of TDX access is needed (client or technician)
