Request for New Alarm Line

Overview

The purpose of this form is to request a new alarm line.  

Note: If the site is using cellular service, then an alarm line is not needed.

  • Any Pasco BOCC employee
  •  

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

3-5 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request and assign it to the purchasing technician
  • Line of service is requested
  • Alarm Line put in service
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Make note of the location of the new alarm line with building address
  • Notate which department will be paying for the service
