Request a Printer

Overview

The purpose of this form is to request a purchase of a new Printer.  If you have already entered the order in Munis please open a ticket here so we can track the purchase and make sure it gets delivered

Who can submit this request?

  • Department heads
  • Supervisors
  • Departmental designee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1-3 business days (depending on severity of issue)

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request and assign it to the purchasing technician
  • Receive the purchase and inventory/Asset tag the device
  • Schedule Delivery and Install
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Make note of where the device is going to and if it is replacing an existing printer or is new
  • Please fill out the Install Worksheet that is sent to you

Note: When filling out the Install Worksheet, please fill out completely and return promptly to ensure deployment is not delayed.
