  • Department heads
  • Supervisors
  • Departmental designee

How we process your request

1-2 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for additional information, if necessary
  • Create the new user account in JMS
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Verify the new account user name and employee number
