Request Setup Assistance

Overview

Use this service to assistance with a conference room A/V setup. e.g. connecting the crestron projector to your laptop for a presentation in the board room, or connecting a Cisco Sparkboard in a conference room to a MS Teams video conference call.

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1 business day

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for additional information, if necessary
  • Test all A/V equipment in requested conference room
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Notate Date and Time, Location, and Nature of the meeting
  • Determine if it will utilize WebEx or MS Teams
  • Provide estimated number in expected attendance 
Note: Please give as much time as possible in advance to ensure IT resource availability.
