Use this service to assistance with a conference room A/V setup. e.g. connecting the crestron projector to your laptop for a presentation in the board room, or connecting a Cisco Sparkboard in a conference room to a MS Teams video conference call.

Process:
After you submit your request, IT will:
- Review the request
- Contact you for additional information, if necessary
- Test all A/V equipment in requested conference room
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Notate Date and Time, Location, and Nature of the meeting
- Determine if it will utilize WebEx or MS Teams
- Provide estimated number in expected attendance
Note: Please give as much time as possible in advance to ensure IT resource availability.
