Issue with Conference Room A/V

Overview

The purpose of this form is to report issues regarding conference room A/V equipment, e.g., Camera system will not connect to WebEx or MS Teams, no sounds coming from the speakers, etc. 

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1-3 business days (Depending on the severity of issue)

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for additional information, if necessary
  • Examine/diagnose the problem, and troubleshoot until resolution
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Make note of how the device is malfunctioning
  • Provide the Conference room name and location
  • Please make sure to provide device name, i.e. Interal Services Room 231, and Point of Contact if not you as the requestor
Note: When describing the issue, please try to be as specific as possible, so we can resolve your issue in a timely manner.
