Request New Aircard/MIFI

Overview

Use this form is to request a new MI-FI or to activate a new line of service on an Aircard for a Toughbook. 

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

2-5 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for additional information, if necessary
  • Request the device/activation from the carrier
  • Schedule Delivery and Install
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Determine if Verizon, FirstNET, or T-Mobile will be needed
  • For Aircard activation, please provide the device name, i.e. BCCIT01T, and Point of Contact if not you as the requestor
  • For MIFI request, please provide the name of the user the MIFI will be assigned to
  • Provide the chargeback account number
