Use this form to request remote access, which allows you to connect to the county network with your county issued laptop through the Virtual Private Network (VPN).

Process:
After you submit your request, IT will:
- Review the request
- Contact you for further information
- Install the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client and/or grant remote access permissions
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Gather the computer name and serial number of the County issued laptop.
