Remote Access Request

Overview

Use this form to request remote access, which allows you to connect to the county network with your county issued laptop through the Virtual Private Network (VPN) or access the county network through the Citrix Secure Gateway.

  • Any Pasco BOCC employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1-2 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for further information
  • Install the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client and/or grant remote access permissions
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Determine the method of remote access needed (i.e. VPN or Citrix Secure Gateway)
  • Gather the computer name and serial number of the County issued laptop.
