Overview

  • The purpose of this service request is to request a new application to be developed by Pasco BOCC Information Technology department. 

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee

How we process your request

  • The assigned Product Manager will review the request and contact you for additional information, if necessary.
  • The Product Manager and Application Development Manager will review the request and prioritize the request against our current development workload. With the volume of requests and limited development staff available, we must apply objective criteria such as number of customers affected, technical feasibility, and resource availability. As a result, some development requests may take longer to roll out.
  • The Product Manager will communicate expected delivery of any changes or enhancements.
  • If this is a request for development of a new application, additional meetings and requirement gathering will be scheduled.

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Describe as much detail about the requested development. What problem are you trying to solve with this requested application? Are there any applications currently available that you would like to model this request after?
