Enhancement Request

Overview

  • The purpose of this service request is to request modifications or enhancements to applications developed in-house. 

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee

How we process your request

  • The assigned Product Manager will review the request and contact you for additional information, if necessary.
  • The Product Manager and Application Development Manager will review the request and prioritize the request against our current development workload. With the volume of requests and limited development staff available, we must apply objective criteria such as number of customers affected, technical feasibility, and resource availability. As a result, some development requests may take longer to roll out.
  • The Product Manager will communicate expected delivery of any changes or enhancements.
  • If this is a request for development of a new application, additional meetings and requirement gathering will be scheduled.

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Provide as much information as possible describing your requested changes to the application.
