Use this form to request help with any email or calendar issue, e.g., unable to log in, Outlook not loading inbox, set up email on phone, etc.

How we process your request
Typical resolution time:
1-3 business days (depending on severity of issue)
Process:
After you submit your request, IT will:
- Review the request
- Contact you for additional information, if necessary
- Examine/diagnose the problem, and troubleshoot until resolution
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Make note of any error messages
- Attach a screenshot of any error messages
- Make note if anyone else around you is experiencing the same issue
