Process:
After you submit your request, IT will:
- Review the request
- Contact you for additional information, if necessary
- Add/Move extension
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Determine if a new VoIP desk phone will be required
- Make note the 5 digit number on the side of the existing phone
