Request a New/Move Extension

Overview

  • Use this form to request a new extension or to move an existing extension to a new desk.

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1-3 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for additional information, if necessary
  • Add/Move extension
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Determine if a new VoIP desk phone will be required
  • Make note the 5 digit number on the side of the existing phone
