Use this form to request to cancel the line of service on an existing Aircard or MIFI device.

How we process your request

2-3 business days
Process:
After you submit your request, IT will:
- Review the request
- Contact you for additional information, if necessary
- Request cancellation of the line of service from the carrier
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Provide the phone number associated with the MIFI or Aircard
- Please make sure to provide device name, i.e. BCCIT01T, and Point of Contact if not you as the requestor
