Request to Cancel Service on Aircard/MIFI

Overview

Use this form to request to cancel the line of service on an existing Aircard or MIFI device.

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

2-3 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for additional information, if necessary
  • Request cancellation of the line of service from the carrier
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Provide the phone number associated with the MIFI or Aircard
  • Please make sure to provide device name, i.e. BCCIT01T, and Point of Contact if not you as the requestor
