How we process your request

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for additional information, if necessary
  • Purchase new headset and schedule deployment
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Make note of whom the device is going to and the building they are working out of
