Overview

Use this form to request access to the KeyWatcher system.

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1-2 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for additional information, if necessary
  • Create account and Install client application
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Notate user name and Corrections position
  • Please make sure to provide device name, i.e. BCCIT01L, and Point of Contact if not you as the requestor
