Overview

The purpose of this form is to request assistance with CIS Infinity.

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1-3 business days (depending on severity of issue)

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for additional information, if necessary
  • Assist with request as needed
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Make note of user account in CIS Infinity
  • Document clearly what you are requesting to be done
