Request to Forward Extension

Overview

  • Use this form to request to have your extension forwarded to another team member or call center.

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1-2 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for additional information, if necessary
  • Configure extension forwarding
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Notate the destination extension that you want the number forwarded to
  • Determine the time frame for the forward to be in effect
