Process:
After you submit your request, IT will:
- Review the request
- Contact you for additional information, if necessary
- Configure extension forwarding
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Notate the destination extension that you want the number forwarded to
- Determine the time frame for the forward to be in effect
