Overview

The purpose of this form is to report an issue with ArcGIS services

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco BOCC Employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1-2 business days (depending on severity of issue)

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for additional information, if necessary
  • Examine/diagnose the problem, and troubleshoot until resolution
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Make note of how the website or database is malfunctioning
  • Please make sure to provide device name, i.e. BCCIT01L, and Point of Contact if not you as the requestor
Note: When describing the issue, please try to be as specific as possible, so we can resolve your issue in a timely manner.
