Use this form to submit feedback for the Information Technology (IT) Department. Do you see an issue or a way to improve the IT Department or Self Service Portal? Please let us know!

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco County BOCC employee

How we process your request

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review your feedback
  • Determine if the feedback is actionable
  • If actionable, make suggested changes
  • Notify requestor upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Write your feedback in as much detail as possible.
  • Include links, if applicable, when talking about specific service requests, forms, webpages
