Overview

Use this form to report an issue you are having with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, Planner, etc.).

  • Any Pasco County BOCC employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1-2 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for further information, if necessary
  • Examine/diagnose the problem, and troubleshoot until resolution
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Make note of which Microsoft 365 application is having an issue
  • Describe in detail the issue you are experiencing
