Report a Desktop/Laptop/Tablet Issue

Overview

The purpose of this form is to report hardware issues regarding computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers, printers, cameras, and microphones, e.g., computer won't power on, monitor won't display, mouse won't click, printer keeps jamming, no sound coming from speakers, etc.

Who can submit this request?

  • Any Pasco County BOCC employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1-2 business days (depending on severity of issue)

Process:

After you submit your request, IT will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for further information, if necessary
  • Examine/diagnose the problem, and troubleshoot until resolution
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Make note of how the hardware is malfunctioning

Note: When describing the issue, please try to be as specific as possible, so we can resolve your issue in a timely manner.
