Remote Access Request

Pasco BOCC Information Technology

Purpose:

In order to request Remote Access, a user must complete the Pasco County BCC Remote Usage and Access Request Form. Refer to Policy #600-01 for further information. The form must be approved by your Department Head and the Chief Information Officer or Information Security Officer in the Information Technology Department.

Steps:

1. You can access the form below:

2. Select whether the form is for an “Internal” or “External” user.

3. Within the “Purpose for Request” field be sure to include:

1. Reason for request.

2. Length of time remote access will be needed.

4. Ensure you complete all form fields.

5. Have the form signed by your Department Head.

6. Create a ticket in the IT Service Desk Portal. Under (Account Management > Remote Access Request. ***Update to TDX)

7. Attach the form to the ticket.

8. You will be contacted with further instructions once the form is approved by Information Technology.
