Instructions
After logging into the Interaction Desktop application, you can change your status to “Available, Forward” and set the forwarding number.
By Default, the system will play this greeting when forwarding to external number.
🔊 “<NAME> Is at a remote location. Please hold while we transfer your call to that location.”
To clear/blank out the message and speed up the call forwarding.
At the top go to Options > Configuration
Under Calls > go to Personal Prompts
Click Record Available, Forward Message.
Note: The phone you are logged into will receive a call from the system.
Answer and put the call on MUTE and as soon as the system.
🔊 “Please record your prompt after the tone. When you are finished, press 1.”
Press 1 without recording a message.
Then click Apply and OK.
Now when your extension is called it will immediately transfer without playing the greeting to the number you have forwarded it to.
