How to go through your Mimecast archives and more.
Instructions
1. Locate your Mimecast archive by right-clicking on the Mimecast icon in your task bar, found on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
a.) Click “Open Mimecast for Outlook”.
2. You will then be presented with the following screen:
3. This will be populated with your e-mail content where you can search however you like. It’s best to be more specific, if possible, to avoid results that are too broad or unrelated.
4. To go through your Mimecast Bounces and Rejections, Managed Senders and On Hold Messages, it can be accessed via the same Menu:
5. To manage senders, click the down arrow. This will allow you to add or block senders if necessary.
