Accessing Pasco County In-House Applications

Body

Forgot your password? Can't access an in-house developed application?

All Pasco County in-house developed applications use Single Sign-On (SSO) for authentication. This means your username and password are the same credentials you use to log into your Microsoft Account.

Troubleshooting Access Issues

If you are unable to access one of the applications due to an incorrect password:

  1. Verify Your Password
Ensure you are using your most recent Microsoft password.

  2. Update Saved Passwords
When you change your Microsoft password, you must also update any saved credentials in:

    • Password manager applications

    • Browser password managers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)

Important Notes

  • Failure to update saved passwords in your password manager or browser may result in login errors.
