Overview
The KnowBe4 Learner App can be used to complete assigned training, review past training, acknowledge policies, and view completion certificates. You can also find optional learning content, read your messages, and view your badges and leader board.
Instructions
Download the KnowBe4 Learner App through Intune or use the instructions below to install on your personal phone.
Download the App
1. Using either a desktop or mobile browser, log in to your KnowBe4 training account from any location. https://training.knowbe4.com
2. Click your name in the top-right corner of the page. From the drop-down menu that populates, select KnowBe4 Learner App.
3. The KnowBe4 Learner App page will open. On this page is a QR code for Android devices and a QR code for iOS devices.
a.) If you're viewing this page on a desktop browser, you can use the camera app on your mobile device to scan the QR code for your device.
b.) If you’re using a mobile browser, click If you would prefer to use a link instead of a QR code, click here. The page that opens will display a link for Android devices and a link for iOS devices. Click the link for your device.
4. Download the KnowBe4 Learner App.
a) On Android devices, the Google Play Store will open and you can download the mobile app.
b) On iOS devices, the App Store will open and you can download the mobile app.
Link Your Device to Your KnowBe4 Account
Once the KnowBe4 learner app is downloaded on your mobile device, you must link the device to your KnowBe4 training account.
Note: The KnowBe4 Learner App may ask for permission to send push notifications. To receive updates about your assigned training and new messages, allow push notifications. The app may also ask for permission to use your device’s camera. To scan QR codes, allow the KnowBe4 Learner app to access your camera. You can change these permissions in your app settings later.
To link your device to your KnowBe4 account, follow the steps below:
1. Once the app is installed on your mobile device, return to your browser and click Next. When you click Next, another QR code will display.
Note: If you’re using a mobile browser, you can click If you would prefer to log in with a link, click here. The page that opens will display a login link that you can click to log in to the KnowBe4 Learner App automatically.
2. On your mobile device, open the KnowBe4 Learner App and tap Log In.
3. When prompted, use your mobile device to scan the QR code displayed on your desktop. Once scanned, you will be logged in and taken to the Training section of the app.
Using the KnowBe4 Learner App
Just like your KnowBe4 Learner Experience (LX), the KnowBe4 Learner App can be used to complete assigned training, review past training, acknowledge policies, and view completion certificates. You can also find optional learning content, read your messages, and view your badges and leaderboard. The app is divided into four sections. For more information, click the tabs below:

The Training section of the KnowBe4 Learner App lists all of your assigned training. A banner at the top of the tab will display your training completion percentage.

You can tap on a card to view more information about the training assignment. If you would like to start this training, tap the play icon on the page that opens.

To view your completed assignments, scroll down to the bottom of the Training tab.
You can tap on a card to view more information about that completed training assignment.
On the page that opens, you can tap the play icon to review the content or tap View Certificate to view your completion certificate.

You will not be required to complete these steps again once the KnowBe4 Learner App is installed and configured.
